At Sunburst RPG, we want you to love your adventure-ready apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. If your gear doesn't fit your character perfectly, we'll help you swap it for the right size or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Quest

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Loot

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Package

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Claim Your Reward

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
